My Virtual Style Coaching™ and Color Analysis is a personalized, one-on-one experience designed to help you understand which colors and silhouettes work best for you—and how to use them to create a wardrobe that feels cohesive, functional, and true to your personal style. This service unfolds over six one-on-one sessions conducted live on Zoom. Each session builds on the last, combining detailed color analysis, body analysis, and practical style guidance so you leave with both clarity and a clear path forward. WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE Personalized seasonal color analysis based on your natural coloring Six virtual, one-on-one Zoom sessions Digital draping and color comparison to assess undertone, value, and chroma with accuracy Custom digital color palette for your phone Hair color and makeup guidance Best neutrals, metals, and color combinations Personalized best colors, makeup, and what-to-avoid charts Body analysis to identify your most flattering silhouettes Style personality guidance to clarify your aesthetic direction Closet editing guidance to refine what you already own Curated online shopping recommendations Private Pinterest board with 20+ outfit examples, including direct shopping links aligned with your colors, silhouettes, and style Two comprehensive custom presentations: – A 30+ page color analysis presentation explaining your results – A body analysis and silhouette guide tailored to your shape Reference materials you can return to anytime HOW THE PROCESS WORKS Before we begin, you’ll submit clear photographs taken in natural light, including a close-up of your eye color. I review these in advance and complete your color analysis using a professional methodology adapted specifically for virtual work. Across our sessions, we walk through your results step by step and apply them directly to your wardrobe, silhouette, and personal style. You’ll have time to ask questions, refine your preferences, and make decisions with increasing clarity and confidence. This service is well suited to anyone seeking a more cohesive wardrobe, greater ease in getting dressed, or guidance during a personal or professional transition. Booking is for the first session. The remaining sessions are scheduled individually as we move through the process, based on your pace and availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of that session. No-shows are considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you arrive more that 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled at my discretion. Refunds Because this is a personalized analysis session, all sales are final once the first session has taken place. If the service has not yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are offered after the first session is delivered. Package Expiration All sessions must be completed within four months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This timeframe helps ensure continuity and a consistent experience. Photo Submission for Color Analysis Natural-light photos are required before the first color analysis session. Photos should be taken without makeup, with hair down but pulled away from the face and must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. If photos are not received in time, the session may need to be rescheduled. Communication and Support Email support is available for 14 days following the final session for clarification related to your color palette, wardrobe guidance or recommendations. Additional support or extended services may be scheduled separately. Technology Requirements Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection, working audio and video and a quiet, well-lit space. If significant technical issues occur on the client's end, the session may need to be rescheduled and counted as completed at my discretion. Confidentiality All personal information, photographs and style details are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services. Client images will never by shared publicly without written permission. Provider Rescheduling In the rare event that the provider must reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment without loss of session credit.
