Service Description
Virtual Color and Style Coaching™ offers professional styling guidance delivered through a series of private virtual sessions. This service combines Style Coaching™, personalized color analysis, and wardrobe strategy to help you make informed, intentional style decisions that align with your preferences, lifestyle and goals. We begin with style personality exploration, along with goal-setting and confidence-building exercises, to establish clear direction and a strong foundation for the work that follows. This early phase clarifies how you want to present yourself and how your clothing can support that intention. From there, we identify your most flattering color palette and translate it into a personalized digital color palette, provided for convenient reference on your phone or tablet. Your color analysis is documented in a custom 40+ page color analysis presentation, created as a long-term resource. Your style direction is further developed in a 20+ page personalized style presentation, outlining recommended silhouettes, design elements, and practical outfit guidance. To support shopping and outfit planning, you’ll receive access to a private Pinterest board curated specifically for you, featuring clothing and accessories selected to align with your style personality, color palette, and body type. This service also includes virtual wardrobe guidance and organization, helping you evaluate what you already own, identify gaps, and develop wearable outfit strategies. Where appropriate, hair and makeup guidance is provided to support your coloring and overall style direction. Delivered across five private virtual sessions via Zoom, this service emphasizes clear direction and practical application. Your personalized presentations are accompanied by ongoing email guidance during the coaching period as you begin applying what you’ve learned. This service is well suited for clients navigating a period of transition who want informed, professional guidance in a fully virtual format. PLEASE NOTE: You're only booking the first of five sessions. We will schedule the subsequent sessions after our first meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of that session. No-shows are considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you arrive more that 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled at my discretion. Refunds Because this is a personalized analysis session, all sales are final once the first session has taken place. If the service has not yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are offered after the first session is delivered. Package Expiration All sessions must be completed within four months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This timeframe helps ensure continuity and a consistent experience. Photo Submission for Color Analysis Natural-light photos are required before the first color analysis session. Photos should be taken without makeup, with hair down but pulled away from the face and must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. If photos are not received in time, the session may need to be rescheduled. Communication and Support Email support is available for 14 days following the final session for clarification related to your color palette, wardrobe guidance or recommendations. Additional support or extended services may be scheduled separately. Technology Requirements Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection, working audio and video and a quiet, well-lit space. If significant technical issues occur on the client's end, the session may need to be rescheduled and counted as completed at my discretion. Confidentiality All personal information, photographs and style details are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services. Client images will never by shared publicly without written permission. Provider Rescheduling In the rare event that the provider must reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment without loss of session credit.
