Service Description
My Virtual Color Analysis is a personalized, one-on-one session where we look closely at the colors that work best with your natural coloring and personal style. This is a two hour, one on one virtual color analysis conducted live on Zoom. The session fee includes personalized color analysis, hair color guidance, makeup recommendations and a customized digital color palette formatted for use on your phone. The analysis also includes a private Pinterest board with ten outfit examples in your most effective colors, created as a visual reference you can return to over time. How the analysis works: This service begins with the client submitting clear photographs taken in natural light, including a close-up of eye color. I review these materials independently and apply my color analysis process outside of the session itself. Using a professional methodology adapted for virtual work, I compare your facial features across seasonal color grouping to determine the most harmonious palette. Based on this analysis, I create a comprehensive, custom presentation, typically 40 or more pages, that shows your face in comparison with a range of seasonal colors. The final sections identify your most effective colors, best neutrals, preferred jewelry metals and makeup and hair color considerations, with clear explanations of why these choices are most successful for you. During our session we review this material together and I answer any questions so the results and their application are clearly understood. This service is well suited to anyone seeking a fresh perspective on color, greater ease with clothing decisions, or guidance during a personal or professional transition. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of that session. No-shows are considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you arrive more that 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled at my discretion. Refunds Because this is a personalized analysis session, all sales are final once the first session has taken place. If the service has not yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are offered after the first session is delivered. Package Expiration All sessions must be completed within four months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This timeframe helps ensure continuity and a consistent experience. Photo Submission for Color Analysis Natural-light photos are required before the first color analysis session. Photos should be taken without makeup, with hair down but pulled away from the face and must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. If photos are not received in time, the session may need to be rescheduled. Communication and Support Email support is available for 14 days following the final session for clarification related to your color palette, wardrobe guidance or recommendations. Additional support or extended services may be scheduled separately. Technology Requirements Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection, working audio and video and a quiet, well-lit space. If significant technical issues occur on the client's end, the session may need to be rescheduled and counted as completed at my discretion. Confidentiality All personal information, photographs and style details are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services. Client images will never by shared publicly without written permission. Provider Rescheduling In the rare event that the provider must reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment without loss of session credit.
