Service Description
In-Person Color and Style offers a comprehensive, hands-on approach to personal styling delivered through a series of private, in-person sessions. This service combines Style Coaching™, personalized color analysis and style direction to help you make informed, intentional style decisions that reflect who you are and how you want to live. We begin with style personality exploration, along with guided life-goal reflection and confidence-building exercises, to clarify where you are, where you are headed, and how your personal style can meaningfully support that direction. This foundational work ensures that the style decisions we make are grounded in your broader life context—not trends or external expectations. Through in-person color draping and photography, we identify your most harmonious color palette and document the results in a custom 30+ page color analysis presentation, created as a long-term reference. Your style work is further developed in a 20+ page personalized style presentation, outlining recommended silhouettes, design elements and practical outfit guidance. This service includes in-person closet organization and wardrobe guidance, allowing us to work directly with what you own, editing, refining, and building outfits in real time. You’ll also receive a private Pinterest board with curated shopping links aligned with your style personality, color palette, and body type, along with hair and makeup guidance to support a cohesive head-to-toe look. Delivered across multiple in-person sessions, this service emphasizes observation, refinement, and real-world application. Your personalized presentations are accompanied by ongoing email guidance during the coaching period as you begin applying what you’ve learned. This service is ideal for clients who want informed, professional guidance as they navigate a meaningful life transition in a warm, supportive in-person setting. PLEASE NOTE: You're only booking the first of five sessions. We will schedule the subsequent sessions after our first meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of that scheduled session. No-shows are considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion in order to respect the allotted time. Refunds Because this is a personalized, multi-session service, all sales are final once the first session has taken place. If the service has not yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are offered after the first session is delivered. Package Expiration All sessions must be completed within four months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This timeframe is intended to support continuity and ensure a consistent, effective experience. Photography for Color and Style Services Photography may take place during sessions and, in some cases, images may be requested in advance to support the color and style process. These images are used solely for the purpose of creating your personalized presentations and related materials. All photographs are kept confidential and will never be shared publicly without written permission. In-Person Session Details Sessions take place in person at the studio location provided at the time of booking. Clients are asked to arrive on time so the full session may be completed as scheduled. Questions prior to your appointment are welcome and encouraged in advance.Communication and Guidance Email guidance is available for 14 days following the final session for clarification related to your color palette, wardrobe guidance, or recommendations. Additional services or extended guidance may be scheduled separately. Confidentiality All personal information, photographs, and style details are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. Client images will never be shared publicly without written permission. Provider Rescheduling In the rare event that the provider must reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment without loss of session credit.
