Service Description
My In-Person Style Coaching™ and Color Analysis is a personalized, one-on-one experience designed to help you understand which colors and silhouettes work best for you—and how to use them to create a wardrobe that feels cohesive and reflective of your personal style. This service unfolds over six one-on-one sessions conducted in person. Each session builds on the last, combining color analysis, body analysis, and practical style guidance so you leave with clarity and a clear path forward. WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE Personalized seasonal color analysis Six in-person, one-on-one sessions Professional draping to assess undertone, value, and chroma in real time Makeup application at Scott Miller Salon and Spa using your best colors Custom digital color palette for your phone Hair color and makeup guidance tailored to your coloring Best neutrals, metals, and color combinations Three personalized charts: best colors, makeup, and what to avoid Body analysis to identify your most flattering silhouettes Style personality guidance to clarify your aesthetic direction In-home closet cleanout and hands-on wardrobe editing Personal shopping support, both online and in-store Private Pinterest board with 20 outfit examples and direct shopping links Two custom presentations: – A 40+ page color analysis presentation explaining your results – A body and silhouette guide tailored to your shape Reference materials you can return to anytime HOW THE PROCESS WORKS We begin with in-person draping using a full range of professional swatches to see how different colors interact with your coloring. You’ll see, in real time, which colors enhance your features, brighten your complexion, and create a more balanced overall appearance. From there, we expand into body analysis and style development, applying your results directly to your wardrobe and shopping decisions. We’ll also work together in your home to edit your closet, refine what you own, and identify what’s missing. You’ll have time to ask questions and make decisions with clarity and confidence. This service is well suited to anyone seeking a more cohesive wardrobe, greater ease in getting dressed, or guidance during a personal or professional transition. Booking is for the first session. The remaining sessions are scheduled individually as we move through the process, based on your pace and availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of that scheduled session. No-shows are considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion in order to respect the allotted time. Refunds Because this is a personalized, multi-session service, all sales are final once the first session has taken place. If the service has not yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are offered after the first session is delivered. Package Expiration All sessions must be completed within four months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This timeframe is intended to support continuity and ensure a consistent, effective experience. Photography for Color and Style Services Photography may take place during sessions and, in some cases, images may be requested in advance to support the color and style process. These images are used solely for the purpose of creating your personalized presentations and related materials. All photographs are kept confidential and will never be shared publicly without written permission. In-Person Session Details Sessions take place in person at the studio location provided at the time of booking. Clients are asked to arrive on time so the full session may be completed as scheduled. Questions prior to your appointment are welcome and encouraged in advance.Communication and Guidance Email guidance is available for 14 days following the final session for clarification related to your color palette, wardrobe guidance, or recommendations. Additional services or extended guidance may be scheduled separately. Confidentiality All personal information, photographs, and style details are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services. Client images will never be shared publicly without written permission. Provider Rescheduling In the rare event that the provider must reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment without loss of session credit.
