A complimentary consultation for prospective hosts
Service Description
Ideal if you're local to the Rochester, New York area and are considering hosting a Flower City Color Party. This complimentary consultation is a brief, in-person conversation to see whether hosting a party feels like a good fit. We’ll talk through what a Flower City Color Party looks like, including how the experience unfolds, what your guests can expect, and how the group dynamic works. I’ll answer any questions you may have and help you think through details like guest count, timing, and location. I’ll also explain how I work and what’s involved in hosting, so you have a clear understanding of the process. This is not a color analysis session, but a chance to explore the idea, ask questions, and decide whether you’d like to move forward. Many hosts appreciate the opportunity to talk things through before committing. You’ll leave with a clear sense of what the experience could look like and what the next steps might be, should you choose to continue. This consultation takes place in person. I will contact you after booking to confirm location.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of that session. No-shows are considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you arrive more that 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled at my discretion. Refunds Because this is a personalized analysis session, all sales are final once the first session has taken place. If the service has not yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are offered after the first session is delivered. Package Expiration All sessions must be completed within four months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. This timeframe helps ensure continuity and a consistent experience. Photo Submission for Color Analysis Natural-light photos are required before the first color analysis session. Photos should be taken without makeup, with hair down but pulled away from the face and must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. If photos are not received in time, the session may need to be rescheduled. Communication and Support Email support is available for 14 days following the final session for clarification related to your color palette, wardrobe guidance or recommendations. Additional support or extended services may be scheduled separately. Technology Requirements Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection, working audio and video and a quiet, well-lit space. If significant technical issues occur on the client's end, the session may need to be rescheduled and counted as completed at my discretion. Confidentiality All personal information, photographs and style details are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services. Client images will never by shared publicly without written permission. Provider Rescheduling In the rare event that the provider must reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available appointment without loss of session credit.
